About the Owner Casaundra is a haircut and hair color specialist with over ten years of professional experience. She is known for not only her gorgeous results, but also for thorough consultations to ensure you leave the chair with hair you will love. By completing a thorough consultation, Cas will take your hair care preferences and lifestyle into account when creating your custom color formula and haircut. In addition to ensuring your hair suits your lifestyle, she will take the time to teach you about caring for your specific hair needs. Vivid/Fashion colors are her favorite- everything from all over mermaid hair to color melting and e-girl hair if you can dream it up- Cas can do it! Continuing education is also very important, every year Cas makes time to keep taking classes to learn the most up to date application methods and color trends. Cancellation Policy
At Nat 20 Hair, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that you notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Our cancellation fees are as follows:
24 hours or more in advance: No fee
Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the cost of services booked
Less than 8 hours in advance: 100% of the cost of services booked
No-shows: 100% of the cost of services booked
We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
