It is an LQBTQIA+ friendly business where all can feel welcome and celebrated for being their true selves. About the Owner Casaundra is a haircut and hair color specialist with over ten years of professional experience. She is known for not only her gorgeous results, but also for thorough consultations to ensure you leave the chair with hair you will love. By completing a thorough consultation, Cas will take your hair care preferences and lifestyle into account when creating your custom color formula and haircut. In addition to ensuring your hair suits your lifestyle, she will take the time to teach you about caring for your specific hair needs. Vivid/Fashion colors are her favorite- everything from all over mermaid hair to color melting and e-girl hair if you can dream it up- Cas can do it! Continuing education is also very important, every year Cas makes time to keep taking classes to learn the most up to date application methods and color trends. Cancellation Policy
Our time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
*24 hours or more in advance- no fee
*Less than 24 hours in advance- 50% of the cost of services booked
*Less than 8 hours in advance- 100% of the cost of all services booked
*No-shows- 100% of the cost of all services booked
Exceptions will be made on a case by case situation, please communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If you are sick or have any kind of emergency communicate with us as soon as you are able so we are able to make an exception and find a new time that works for you!
